Out of office assistant

I am leaving on vacation and am setting up my out of office assistant. I want
to omit several email addresses or groups not to get my out of office
message. Can I do this and how?
 
No, you can't...the message will go to all internal recipients, and if your
Exchange administrator has enabled automatic replies to the Internet, it will
go to all external recipients as well.
