Out of Office Assistant won't turn off.

Windows XP and Outlook 2003 - I can't get the Out of Office Assistant
to turn off. When you try to go to the Out Of Office Assistant you get

The command is not available. See the program documentation about how
to use this extension.

I have already tried the Microsoft KB article: 823472 - but the
regesitry key: Resiliency does not exist. Anyone have any other
suggestions?

No need to ask more than once. Just wait a while. Even 24 to 48 hours
isn't a long time in a newsgroup.
