Out of Office Assistant - Reply List

I cannot find a way to make the Out of office assistant (when internet
responses are enabled via Exchange) to only reply to a list of specific
internet email addresses and/or domain names. Is there an add-on or
something to make this work?
I don't want to replies going back to a spammer. It appear that Out of
office Assistant first replies to any sender, then processes the rules
afterwards.
Anyone have any solutions for this problem or is this on the wish list for
the next version of Outlook? I am currently using Outlook 2003.

Looks like a winner!

I don't know why MS has not dealt with this issue in
Exchange 2003.
