Out of Office Assistant Missing

I can not turn off my Out of Office Assistant. The Out of
Office Assitant has disappeared from my Outlook
2000 "Tools" folder. Can anyone give me an idea of how to
add Out of Office back to my Toolbar.

Are the Exchange Extensions being loaded? See Tools | Options | Other |
Advanced Options | Addin Manager.
