Out Of Office Assistant Help - Office XP

C

Carl Jas

Working in a Microsoft Exchange enviroment, using Office XP. One of our
users has no out of office assistant in the tools menu of outlook. Other
users have the assistant, using the same version of office. We've
reinstalled office on his computer, with no change. Not sure where to go
with this one, and I'd really appreciate some help. Please let me know if
any further information is needed.

Thanks,

Carl

Since OOA is an Exchange function, perhaps there's something misset in his
Exchange account.

I'm able to set his out of office message in outlook on the server, so I
don't think it's related to his exchange account. Seems to be some kind of
workstation issue.

Try reinstalling the Exchange Extensions on the computer.
