Out of Office Assistant help - Exchange Extensions Commands

L

Louise

I am trying to set up Out of Office Assistant on Outlook
and it is not on my Tools menu.

I have looked at Help, which is asking me to check a box
saying 'Exchange Extensions Commands' on the Add-in
Manager.

I have a number of check boxes including Exchange
Extension Property Pages - but not the Exchange
Extensions Commands box.

Which .ecf file do I need to enable the Out of Office
Assistant?

Thanks

Louise

Do you connct to an Exchange server? If not, this won't work.

If you don't connect to an Exchange server, there is no automatic out of
office autoreply. You'd have to spoof it with rules, and note that this
means leaving Outlook open, and connected to the internet, for the duration
of your absence.

See http://www.slipstick.com/rules/index.htm for help.
