Out of office and Spam

Is there anyway to prevent the out of office reply going
to spam senders, for example setting a rule that does not
send an out of office if the email has been marked as spam
by another product and therefore has {SPAM} in the subject?

No, therefore replying to the Internet is disabled by default on the
Exchange server.
