OUT OF MEMORY OR SYSTEM RESOURCES

Everytime I try to open an excel e-mail attachment I
received the message:
Out of Memory or System resources.

I have emptied deleted file, expanded memory and verified
all configurations. Still I am unable to open excel
attachment. What should I do next?
