Out Of Memory - Access95

Just re-built my Dell Optiplex with XP(sp1) and now
Access95 displays error - 'Out of Memory' but this did
work before the rebuild. Yes I know I should be using the
latest version but we have a lot of code that needs to be
converted to VBA (as the import wizard in Access 2k3
won't convert it correctly)
