Out going e-mail stuck in out box 7 mg...

Running on Office & Outlook 2007 and Vista business

I have an e-mail with a large attachment stuck in my out box. I have tried
to delete it but it says "Outlook has already started to send this e-mail...."

Any ideas as to how I can remove/delete this e-mail?
