Oulook Express

First I am trying to figure out how to transfer outlook
express mail for my old laptop to outlook(not express) on
my new laptop. I can find what the oulook express file
extensions are.

Have you tried the Import/ Export function. I just did

the same, but it was Outlook Express to outlook express
and it actually worked pretty well.
