Oulook 2003 - Floppy - Windows installer

I've just started using Outlook 2003.

Every time I do a send/receive, I get two or three
messages "Windows Installer - preparing to install" and my
floppy drive activates.

Are these things linked?

Insert the CD and choose to do a repair of Office.

The floppy drives gets activated when it's the last location you've opened
or saved something from within Outlook. Open or save something to your My
Documents folder to get rid of the noice ;-)
