Oulook 2002/03 vs Outlook Connector for MSN

Since MSN has released MSN 9 Premium, we have had calls
relating to Microsoft Office Outlook Connector for MSN.
It appears that the Connector takes over the HTTP section
of Outlook. Customers cant setup Outlook for Http, as is
grayed out. Removing the Connector doesnt restore the HTTP
and reinstalling Outlook doesnt work either. Is there a way
(remove outlook registry keys and reinstalling Outlook?)to
repair this for our customers. Any help would be
appreciated.

For immediate action please

Have you checked with MSN support?

BTW, this group is staffed (?) by volunteers so requests for immediate
action should be taken to Microsoft Product Support Services - you are on
your own as to if/when someone here takes the time to respond.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer
