OU Policy not applying to a computer

I have a problem with one PC in an OU. It applies the domain policy
but the OU policy is ignored. If I logon as one of the users in the OU
on a different PC, then the GP is applied successfully, but on this
particular PC it will not work.

Where could I start to look at fixing this?

Make sure that the computer has both read and apply rights for the GPO.
