other workstations don't show up in Network places

I am trying to use a windows XP computer to push down my antivirus to
all XP workstations. My problem is that all the workstations are not
showing up in the program. I am told by tech support for that company
that I should be able to see all workstation when I try to add a network
place and browse. They say I should see all my workstations under the
domain. Any ideas why only about 50% of my wordstations show up when I
browse that domain?
