Other version of Speed Disk than Symantic's?

I would like to employ some sort of Speed Disk look-alike to Symantic's
version. I don't want to buy Symantic and am looking for something else.
Does Microsoft produce anything like it? I'm running XP Pro, SP2 and NTFS
file system.

Safe, reliable freeware suggestions would be appreciated.
