G Gary VanderMolen Jul 23, 2009 #2 It should show here: Tools, Accounts. POP accounts in Windows Mail all use a common Inbox. If you don't like that arrangement, upgrade to Windows Live Mail. It has a separate set of folders for each account. http://download.live.com/wlmail
