Other Progrmas sending mail via Outlook

My dept. has built an application that sends client
notifications via Outlook 2000. When the process reaches
the point where it needs send the email , we get a
message telling us taht anoather program is trying to
send an amila via Outlook. It then asks if I want to
allow acces for 1, 2, 3, 5 mins. Is there a way to
bypass this?

FWIW, you might find yourself rolling this single machine back to SP1 for
Office/Outlook 2000 or recoding the solution.
