OT: Windows 7 & VS 2010

Hi All

I don't remember whre I read it, but I seem to remember having read that the
new VS 2010 has compatibility issues when run on Windows 7. Can anybody tell
me if that is true?

I have the beta of VS2010 installed on Windows 7, and it seems to be
working all right. However, I have not exercised every single feature of
VS2010, so it is perfectly possible that it may have compatibility issues in
some area that I haven't noticed.
It is still a beta product. Presumably, the final release will be fully
supported on Windows 7.

I was not able to install the current beta version on a clean Windows 7
Ultimate test system (en-US version) because of errors during the setup
process.

Note that the final version has not yet been released. Thus it's not
recommended to install the beta version on a production system.
