Some clues. Don't live near there at the moment but I know KL well, have
lived in Georgetown and have crossed the causeway to JB many, many times.

He is the saviour of the freeware computing world. He is our Luke
Skywalker fighting against the draconian evil shareware empire. I also
heard he was asked to be Kerry's running mate for the presidency.
Gordon Darling is a great man of substance and we all appreciate he is
time and effort.

Yep, sure looks like it.
Kala Lumpur (KL) and Georgetown, Malaysia.
Singapur (the Lion City) is linked to the Malaysian town of Johor Bahru
(JB) by a causeway.

this NG. Me here still wondering if you are a she, a he or a 'she-he' or
a 'he-she'; if you get what I mean! ;-) And the JB, KL etc... thing, you

Male (as in Christian name is Gordon which is Scottish in origin
and surname Darling which is also Scottish in origin.
And the JB, KL etc... thing, you
must be well-travelled. :-()
