OT: What is OTi Content Service?

I know this is way off beam, but you guys here are such a knowledgeable
bunch that I just hope someone has got a quick answer.

Whenever I start my machine, ZoneAlarm says that "OTi Content Service" is
trying to act as a server. I always click Deny, and nothing odd happens, but
I have no idea what it is or where it comes from.

The file is UStorSrv.exe and is in my Windows\System32 directory.

Does anyone know what this is? Searching Google gives no results.

TIA

I have got a bit more information.

The program is being started as a service, with the display name "UStorage
Server Service", if that means anything to anyone.

Have you recently used a flash disk made by easy disk ?
it installs its own software called ustore.
my firewall comes up with the same thing.

Yes, I have. Funnily enough, I had homed in on this after getting the same
symptom on a second m/c.

I have disabled the service and there have been no adverse side effects for
a week now, so that makes me a bit suspicious of this application.

CORRECTION:

"Permanently denying internet access to UStorSrv.exe will do harm, "
should read
"Permanently denying internet access to UStorSrv.exe will do no harm,"

My apologies.
