[OT] VMWare

Sorry about it, I can't think of any other relevant groups to post in. My
question is if you have vmware with which it doesn't have SVGA. But you have
vmtools for Linux (host os: winxp pro), it just said that vmtools cannot be
installed as root. Like oracle, you have to create an account for Oracle. is
it the same scenrio for vmtools. Sorry, but please bear with me or you can
point me somewhere for this kind of questions?

remember reading instructins for installing VMTools either at their web site or in the manual which you can download.
