What a pile of CRAP !

For the past couple of hours I've been working on a DELL Vostro 200 / e4500,
(whose hard disk has had to have a complete Spinrite 6 sweep), and the speed
and responsiveness of the system is ...well, ....there isn't any !
There is an annoying "ATI Catalyst" error dialogue box on the desktop after
boot-up.
....quick rummage on Google for that yields:-

....what a GRAGANTUAN pile of garbage !
(I've tried ATI cards many years ago, ...looks like they're just as much
junk as they always were).
....I've uninstalled it, I want to go to sleep now,
....let's hope that the owners won't miss it, ..I mean ATI Catalyst -
whatever it was, ..hopefully the ATI driver is still in there somewhere !
