OT TV Tuner

Can somebody please tell me what PCI tuneris the best (
quality/software/compatibility) which is less than £60. I want stereo audio
and the ability to record. Aslo would like it to be a pci based solution
preferably with a remote control.

I have a PCI DigiTV card that works fine. It is a digital TV card and the
reception here in London is excellent. The software is much better than the
clunky Hauppage stuff. It also gives me digital radio. This is plugged into
a standard rooftop aerial.

I think, but I'm not sure, that you may find a Hauppage analog PCI card at
about the price you mention. Having had one of these previously I wouldn't
recommend them. If you are in a good reception area for digital TV I'd
recommend that you save up for a little longer and raise your budget to
£100.
You might have a look at Dabs, Aria or Savastores where you'll probably find
a TV card for sixty pounds or less.
