test newsgroups.
Just typing in "test" in OE at the newsgroupselection shows you by instance
a lot.

Yep. It's shocking, because most posts sent to the newsgroups by such
websites contain ads, are unstructured (for example, no line wrapping after
< 100 characters), contain the name of the website in the subject, ... I
wish, everybody would use a normal news client or Microsoft's web interface
for accessing the groups.

He does, however probably not the new version still the old one, the new one
(beta) is (now) in my opinion very nice.

I basically works, but there are large delays, so you will have to wait some
hours until you see the replies to your messages (IIRC).

I usually notice posts that I make within a couple of minutes,
sometimes a little longer, but not more than 5 or 10 minutes.

My experiences are based on tests I made about one year ago using the "old"
German Google Groups, maybe this is different from the new Google Groups in
matters of update frequency. Thank you for making me aware of that.

Than after that we we have maybe less assynchronous posting problems with
Herfried anymore.

Just for fun, often is 10 minutes too long for that in this newsgroup.
