OT: non-bitchy XP user

Returned from trip south with a new box loaded with XP - sure ain't my
trusty old win98 that I got to love. New machine and I got OE back. Missed
all the infighting and freeware posts, but now ready to jump in...

I have a academic copy of XP Pro myself (it's going to be installed in
December). And my copy of 98 seemed to corupted by some software-so today
that was reloaded and IE6 SP1. All my files were preservered (except the
browser history, some programs needed to be reinstalled)
