[OT] no-thrills motherboard

I'm going to buy an Athlon64 3000+
so I need a socket 754 mobo with
K8T00 chipset.

Every motherboard I've seen has
advanced features that I don't need
such as RAID, Onboard audio & LAN
capability. Are there any boards
without these features? All I need
is your no-thrills motherboard, thus
probably cheaper, but I can't find one
without the fancy stuff.

Even the cheap ones have a certain amount of fancy stuff....

I have a Gigabyte K8VT800M microATX that I got for $97...

The only board that I have seen cheaper is the ECS 755, but the store I got
my Giga from, as well as the MSI K8T Neo that I am running now, stopped
carrying that one because of problems...
