OT - Good Web Hosting Company

Sorry for a little off topic but I trust your opinion.

I have been using Earthlink as the host for my web site. For last four years
it was on Unix server. Recently I switched to Windows server with Earthlink
and I must say, the service stinks. Tech support is horrible and service is
slow. Their usual response is "it will be done in 36 to 72 hours" - even for
small, minor requests.

Anyhow, I would like to know which web hosting server you have had good luck
with, the one that offers Windows server as well and not just Unix.

I am in the US.

I use Enterhost (www.enterhost.com) and have been quite pleased with them.
I e-mail them if I need something and they're on it within minutes. . .
literally.
