Hi all,

My appologies if this is off-topic but I am after some kind of EULA
template for both a demo application, and one that requires a license file
(2 separate applications and the demo is not time limited). If anyone knows
of any useful resources for this kind of thing I would greatly appreciate a
link, cheers in advance!

Nick.

Nick,
You may not:
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to
the extent applicable >laws specifically prohibit such restriction),

As far as I know does that not fit in our laws because again as far as I
know exactly our laws prohibit these restrictions.

You have to write something that when there are modification or additions
needed you are prepared to make them to a decent price and not allow the
user of the software to make those additions themselves than after a
commitment between you and them. However this text just as example and
probably to simple to be complete.

I really would look on the site of a British Organisation of software
builders, probably will there be an example how to do it.

I shall check the site out!
