Anyone know a reliable UK isp that supports duel ISDN?

For connectivity, look at Pipex Dial - www.pipex.com . There are occasional
issues with mail, and continual issues with news.
Very low contention ratio - 1:1 daytime, 5:1 evenings/night in one of the
packages.
