[OT] Does exist a list of users?

Sorry for the OT, I just wonder if somewhere exists a list of Messenger
users that
wanna get in touch with someone else, I mean not a chat room.. I'd like to
know
someone in the US for chatting or talking by internet but if you dont know
anyone
seems impossible to get in touch with someone who wants the same.
I'm from Rome, Italy.

Hi Jonathan and thanx for your reply, I've been at members.msn.com and
looked at penpals
but it seems that "sex" is everywhere now, so it's a little difficult there.
