OT: Documentation tool

Hi

I need to provide the clients documentation towards my app. All the html
apps that I have seen allow for very sophisticated web sites development but
do not seem to lend themselves for rapid generation and management of
relatively simple help documentation. I wonder if there is any dedicated
html systems specially geared towards development of help documentation that
I can use. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
