PS : This is not W2K issue but I've get the best advices from W2K groups.

Got Ad-Aware 6.0 few days ago, which did a good job cleaning fifty some
parasites, spywares etc... including cydoor.

Two days later I did a new scan, to my surprice 47 entries detected, 99%
cydoor things.

How can I block cydoor (and the similars) once and for all ?

TIA

try spybot it has many immunizing functions

SpyBot and/or SpamwareBlaster should help with the issue. The pay version of
AdAware also has a resident function that kills spyware on the way in...
