OT: Bloomberg API Data Dictionary?

Has anybody found a plain vanilla MS Word or Excel-based data dic for
the BB API?

I've looked and looked, but all I've found is a download from BB
called "Trading System API Data Dictionary (ttsa5se0810).exe".

Sounded promising, but not only had tb installed on a BB box, but all
it does is present a little "search" application that only lets the
user look at lists of fields and then only see the extended
description of one field at a time.

Has anybody found the data behind that little app in a human-eyeball-
browsable format?
