Access Bloomberg API and Access VBA

I am wondering if anybody knows anything about the Bloomberg API and accessing Bloomberg data in VBA.

I am trying to create a simple database that will get historical prices from a BB ticker and dump the date and value of that ticker into my database. I know it can be done, I am just not very good with VBA.

Please help

As I knew, we need have the license of Bloomberg and there will have API for the connection.

Erm.. this thread is two and a half years old... I doubt very much that Techman1, who hasn't logged on since January 2006, will ever see your answer.
