Hello,

I just ran MSINFO.EXE and was looking at my environment variables. A
couple of them stand out to me as being wrong.

OS_ROOTDIR points to E:\hts40\ostore

I thought this was supposed to point to C:\Windows as it is the
Operating System root directory variable.

Also on my Windows XP Home SP3 installation the OS variable is set to
Windows NT... is this the usual case?

Thanks for any help you can be.

I believe in this case OS=ObjectStore
Google on OS_ROOTDIR

It should be
OS=Windows_NT
