Hi, You may *not* do an Upgrade Install of Windows XP Home over Windows
2000. If you wish to use an Upgrade Install you will need to purchase
Windows XP Professional. Windows XP Home is considered a "downgrade" from
Windows 2000, therefore an Upgrade is not supported.
