Organizing Fonts

I do a lot of graphic design work and I'm wondering if
it's possible to put fonts into folders within the fonts
folder. I know I was able to do it in Win98 but I forgot
how (OOPS). Right now I have over 500 fonts and it'd be a
lot easier to grab the one I want if I could better
organize them by style, theme, etc

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help

No it has never been possible in any version of Windows to have folders
within the fonts folder as Windows can only read from the main Fonts folder.
So I don't see how you can have done so under 98.
