Organizing folders in outlook express

Hello, If I create new subfolders in OE. How does it
organize them? Alphabetical order?
thanks.
 
The default folders will be listed first in Folders pane...

Inbox
Outbox
Sent Items
Deleted Items
Drafts

....then all user-created folders will be listed alphabetically.
