Organizing Files on CD

I'm trying to create a CD to send to a customer. I have one main PPT file
that has many video clips and linked files in it. Because PPT requires that
all the linked/embedded files must be in the same folder as the main ppt, it
makes the CD quite messy when my customer opens the disc. There are 28
objects total. Is there a way I can organize the video clips and linked
files so it doesn't look so messy but still everything runs properly when
viewing the PPT file?? I am using PPT 2003. Any help would be appreciated.

What convenient package would that be?

In PPT 2003 File menu/Package for CD
Same option in 2007: Office button/Publish/Package...
It creates a Complete CD with an Autorun ready to play

Thanks for your help but unfortunately that feature doesn't work because
there are several PPT files linked together so I think the autorun is
confused which to open and play. Really was just looking for a way to be
able to organize the files into folders and still allow all the links and
videos to work. Doesn't sound like there is a solution this time.
Appreciate your time.
