organizing email after it is read

Can anyone tell me how to automatically move an email message, after I've
read it to a specific folder? I'd like to be able to have several folders
and once the email is read, it would go to a folder I've created for the
sender.
 
Outlook doesn't offer that option. You can use 3rd party tools to move
messages after the fact. I use AutoMate http://www.pergenex.com/index.shtml
