Organizer for music like fixtunes

Im looking for a freeware program similar to fixtunes. Specifically,
im looking for the following features:
1. ability to automatically tag music that has missing tags
2. ability to automatically download and assign cover art for tracks
3. ability to re-organize music in folders based on tracks

Does such a thing exist or need i buy fixtunes?

Hello.. I was looking for a similar program and I found this:

download and install then
From the menu go to EXTENDED FUNCTIONS >
QUERY FREE DB, > START SEARCHING BY FILES

then it will have added your ID tags.. if the names are like track 01, track
02
then select all the tracks and right click on them and go to :
Tag Ver 1 (or 2) functions > tag to filename

as for album covers I have not tried it yet.. Im still learning to use it...

I don't know fixtunes but this program uses amazon for tags and cover
art plus organizes in multiple ways:
