Organize using color

I have assigned colors to messages from different people. This does not
appear to work very well since the color I assign to Bob Smith also is
applied to Bob Jones, or color assigned to Mary Miller is also applied to
Jane Miller. If there is a trick to this, please let me know.

It would be better for you to go into the actual Automatic Formatting dialog
(there should be a link to it in the Organize using color pane), and base
your criteria for the color rule on the actual e-mail address of ther person
rather than on their display name. If you need help with this, please post
back with specific questions.
