Organize queries

Is there a way to organize queries, say with folders or indents? I would
like to group related queries together including queries that query other
queries.

You can add a query to a group (which is sort of the same thing!).
Right-click on the query and go to "add to group" then "new group". The list
of group names will be listed at the bottom left of the database window.
 
Thanks. Once I've added query1 to a group is it necessary to include the
group name in the name of query1 when I'm calling query1 from query2?
A related question: is grouping simply a more convenient way to view my
queries, or does it change some essentials?
