organization charts

Tech problem. Try to insert Org chart and am told
something missing would I like to install. Click OK and
configuers. The missing component is on disc. Put in CD1
of Office 2000 Premium. Says "The server Application,
source file or item cannot be found, or returned an
unknown error. you may need to install application."

What application? Have tried downloading IIS 4.0 from MS
website but no good. Any brilliant whizz kids out there?
