Organization Chart - connecting shapes

How does one connect one subordinate to two superiors in an Organization
Chart (Template that was downloaded from the MS Website?)

I must admit that I never use OrgChart in PPT - I am still working with 2000
where it is very clunky. I understand it is much better in XP. I prefer to
draw my own shapes and then use connectors from the AutoShape menu which are
an excellent aid to constructing all sorts of stuff.
