Organise emails to move to a folder AFTER being read

I am trying to organise emails so that they are automatically filed in
personal folders AFTER I have read them. I seem to only be able to
automatically move them before they are read.
 
The rules are automatic processes that run at the point in time when emails
and sent or received.

In addition you can Run Rules Now.
