Organisational chart within Powerpoint

I have just had my system upgraded to XP. I had
previously put together a couple of organisational charts
in Powerpoint 2000. However, when I try to change them
by double clicking on the chart, it will allow me to make
the change but will not reduce down again to the correct
size. Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone help?

Probably you're just seeing the difference between the old org chart and
the new diagramming tool, which is what XP uses to create org charts.

You might try, though, turning off the autolayout option on the Org
Chart. It's on the Org Chart toolbar which pops up when you open the
diagram for editing.
