Organisation Chart - Manager level

In PP 2003 - How can I add another Manager level above the default Manager?
You were able to do this is 97 Organisation Charts.
 
A workaround could be:
Create an autoshape similar to one of the shapes in your chart
place above the top manager position
add a connector or line from the new autoshape to the top of the chart
then group everything.

You just need to delete two boxes (R click > delete) on the subordinates
level to create two manager levels and then add subordinates below level 2.
