G Guest Apr 7, 2006 #2 A workaround could be: Create an autoshape similar to one of the shapes in your chart place above the top manager position add a connector or line from the new autoshape to the top of the chart then group everything. Hope this helps!!!

G Guest Apr 7, 2006 #3 Karen You just need to delete two boxes (R click > delete) on the subordinates level to create two manager levels and then add subordinates below level 2.
